Haier Europe is looking for an EU Product Manager to join our HVAC division. The successful candidate will analyse user needs, industry trends and competitor developments to identify new product opportunities and support growth across European markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
User & Market Research
- Analyse user habits, needs and lifestyles across different European markets.
- Conduct user visits and interviews to identify needs, pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular research reports and share findings with Product, Marketing and HQ teams.
- Turn customer insights into product recommendations and value propositions.
- Research key HVAC industry trends across Europe.
- Analyse policies, regulations, standards, subsidies and market-access requirements.




- Gather information through trade fairs, industry events, official bodies, specialist media and professional networks.
- Prepare regular reports on trends and developments relevant to the business.

Competitor Research
- Analyse the positioning, portfolio and strategy of key competitors.
- Visit distributors, customers, installers and installation companies.
- Research new products, technologies, features, design trends and competitor selling points.
- Recommend improvements to Haier's portfolio, product presentation and marketing messages.

New Business Opportunities
- Identify new product and market opportunities through user, industry and competitor analysis.
- Develop business cases, opportunity assessments and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with European teams and HQ to incorporate identified opportunities into product planning.
