Key Responsibilities




Financial Leadership
Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee.
Support commercial decision‑making through robust financial analysis and business insight.
Drive profitability, cash flow performance and return on investment.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize operating margins.
Planning & Analysis
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Develop short-, medium- and long-term financial plans.
Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts.

Provide financial modelling and investment analysis to support strategic decisions.
Financial Control & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all statutory, fiscal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain responsibility for the preparation and submission of statutory accounts.
Coordinate external audits and relationships with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities.
