Your mission in our team
As a Technical Project Leader, you will drive the successful deployment of Siemens Mobility Solutions in Spain. You will shape the technical strategy, ensuring seamless project delivery through innovation and continuous improvement.
- Leading engineering activities and fostering collaboration within the project team.
- Strategizing, planning, and steering the engineering scope to meet project goals.
- Managing the technical delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, milestones, cost, and quality.
- Overseeing budget management for the engineering portion of the project.
- Interfacing effectively with Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers.
- Driving continuous improvement by analyzing challenges and sharing lessons learned.

Your success is grounded in:
- Over 5 years of experience in international rail signaling engineering projects.
- Expertise across the entire signaling project lifecycle, from specification to commissioning.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop team members.




- Excellent communication skills and experience in team management.
- Advanced proficiency in planning tools and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to travel.
