As part of Moderna's growing Trade Operations & Compliance organisation, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling compliant global trade across the EMEA region. Operating at the intersection of operational excellence, regulatory compliance and digital innovation, you'll ensure import and export activities are executed efficiently while helping shape the future of Trade Compliance through automation, analytics and AI-enabled technologies.
Working as a trusted regional partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Tax, Legal and Digital, you'll help build scalable,



audit-ready trade operations that support business growth while continuously improving compliance performance.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day Trade Operations & Compliance activities across the EMEA region, ensuring compliant and efficient import and export operations.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for customs compliance, tariff classification, customs valuation, origin, export controls, licences and special customs procedures.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Tax, Legal and Digital teams to embed Trade Compliance into operational processes.
- Build trusted partnerships across the business, ensuring Trade Compliance enables operational agility while maintaining robust governance.
