THE PROJECT TO BE DEVELOPED
Join the International Projects Management team and contribute to the successful implementation of European and international research and innovation projects. The selected candidate will support the administrative, financial and legal management of projects funded by programmes such as Horizon Europe, EU4Health and ESF+, working closely with multidisciplinary research teams, particularly in the field of mental health. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in international project management within a dynamic research environment committed to scientific excellence and societal impact.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with funding institutions
- Management of the Grant Agreement negotiation stage.
- Review of project agreements (Consortium Agreement, Third Party Agreements, Subcontracts).
- Provide administrative and financial support to the Principal Investigator (PI) and project teams.
- Budget planning, financial monitoring and follow-up of international projects.
- Preparation of financial reports and audit processes.




- Management of the time sheet module.
- Ensure the correct use of resources in line with funder rules and internal procedures.
- Transversal support
- Coordinate with internal support units (Pre-award, National Post-award, Finance, HR, Legal etc.).
- Attendance to meetings, information sessions and participation in relevant networks or working groups.
