The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education. ISGlobal has a broad portfolio in communicable and non-communicable diseases including environmental and climate determinants, and applies a multidisciplinary scientific approach ranging from the molecular to the population level. Research is organized in five programs: Climate, Air Pollution, Nature and Urban Health; Environment and Health over the Lifecourse; General Viral and Bacterial Infections; Malaria and Neglected Parasitic Diseases and Maternal Child and Reproductive Health. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ISGlobal is looking for a motivated and experienced research technician to support ongoing research activities within the Migrant Health Research Group.
The Research Technician will contribute to the implementation of research activities related to migrant and refugee health,



with a particular focus on qualitative research and evidence synthesis. The post holder will support qualitative data management and analysis, transcription and translation, scientific writing, and the preparation of manuscripts for publication. The Research Technician will also contribute to systematic reviews and other research activities conducted within the group.
The position is intended to provide continued support to ongoing research projects and to contribute to the successful completion and dissemination of research outputs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the implementation and completion of ongoing qualitative research studies in the field of migrant and refugee health.
- Support the preparation of research outputs, including abstracts, presentations, reports, and scientific publications.
- Contribute to systematic reviews and evidence synthesis activities, including literature searching,
