As a Senior SAP EWM Consultant , you will act as a functional expert responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of Extended Warehouse Management solutions across our global organization. You will lead complex warehouse projects end-to-end, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable and high-performance warehouse operations.
In this role, you will also mentor junior consultants and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our warehouse ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and rollouts across multiple integral sites, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integration with SAP S/4HANA and ERP environments.
- Design and configure complex EWM processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse task management, slotting, labor management, and yard management, to support high-volume, multi-site warehouse operations.




- Act as the main point of contact for global warehouse stakeholders; gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and oversee solution design, testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide Level 3 support and incident resolution related to EWM across all regions; collaborate with Basis, ABAP development, and integration teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level EWM consultants; contribute to knowledge-sharing practices, internal training sessions, and the continuous development of the team’s EWM capabilities.
- Define and drive the EWM roadmap in collaboration with IT leadership and Supply Chain stakeholders; identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and system improvements aligned with the global business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Transportation Management) to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain integration; manage interfaces between EWM and TM, MM, PP, and third-party WMS/automation system
