What you'll be doing as a Technical Product Owner :
Throughout the product development phase, create and prioritise requirements (with business, functional and sometimes technical details) in the forms of Themes, Epics, Features and Stories and facilitates backlog refinement sessions.
Write clear Acceptance Criteria for both business and technical items, including Test scenarios if possible.
Drive the planning sessions with focus on the deadlines and goals of the product and product release plan.
With the Agile Coach support, you will work to transform your team into a high-performing one.
Take part of the testing part, in some cases running technical tests, other times just validating from a functional / business perspective.
