About the Company Novameat is a protein innovation company created for food manufacturers. We develop structured plant-based protein solutions that allow food makers improve the taste, texture, nutritional value and cost efficiency not only of plant-based products but also of hybrid meat products.
Our proprietary micro-extrusion technology combines natural ingredients through a gentle, low-temperature process to create highly functional protein structures.
These solutions can be adapted across multiple applications, giving food manufacturers greater flexibility in product development without compromising sensory quality or industrial performance.
Built on years of scientific research and industrial development, Novameat supports food manufacturers from formulation and prototyping through scale-up and production. The role owns the application loop with our B2B industrial clients: visiting clients, running product demonstrations and turning feedback into improved applications and preparations.



Prepare and run product demonstrations and client visits for B2B industrial clients, alongside the sales team.
Capture and document client feedback during demos, visits and trials in a structured way, and feeding it back to the R&D; and the Sales team.
Run application trials at pilot plant and at co-manufacturers' facilities, following process specifications defined by R&D.;
Discipline and method: rigor in following procedures, traceability of trials, and care of materials, both in the lab and on the plant floor.
~ High level of English (needed for demos and trials with international clients); Spanish also required.
~ Willingness to travel frequently to co-manufacturers' plants and to client sites.
~ Prior experience in alternative protein, meat, or hybrid products.
Working knowledge of Excel for recording and systematizing trial results and client feedback.
