Global Cyber Defence Manager – Security Operations & Incident Response

We're looking for a Global Cyber Defence Manager to lead and evolve a modern cyber defence capability across a global technology environment.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep technical security expertise with proven people management experience. You'll be responsible for shaping security operations, incident response, threat detection and cyber defence strategy across enterprise and cloud environments while building and developing a high-performing general team.
This isn't a governance-only or hands-off management position. We're seeking a leader who remains close to the technology, understands modern threats and can help drive the next generation of security operations through automation, intelligence-led defence and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Executive stakeholders to strengthen resilience,



improve detection capabilities and ensure security remains embedded throughout the technology lifecycle.
The Role
You’ll own the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of Security Operations and Incident Response, helping the organisation identify, contain and respond to increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
You’ll be responsible for developing cyber defence capabilities, maturing operational processes and ensuring teams have the tools, intelligence and expertise needed to protect a complex global technology estate.
