As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities for customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem‑solving.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention.




- Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor service performance and escalation issues where appropriate.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation.
- Strong customer‑facing experience in a service‑oriented environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a strong customer‑first approach.
