Maintain and update customer master data
Support projects related to the future Marketplace logistics setup
Monitor Marketplace orders and communicate with end consumers
Collaborate regularly with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Transport Management, International Sales Operations, and Finance at the German headquarters
Successfully completed training as an Industrial Clerk
Several years of experience in back-office operations, ideally with experience in Inside Sales or Sales Operations
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
Good knowledge of SAP
Sales‑oriented and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high level of service‑mindfulness
