Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our QCommerce - Groceries team and contribute to our partners' and verticals' Growth. THE JOURNEY
- Be responsible for the development of the Groceries business unit vertical.
- You will be responsible for bringing these verticals to the next level of maturity, and acquiring deep knowledge of these industries.
- Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P & L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence own partner's assortment and pricing.
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working




- Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle through problems to raise the bar.
- Get feedback from our stores and translate it into product improvement
- Maintain good relationship between Glovo and our partners
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultant.
- Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary.
- Ability to coordinate complex Projects with broad share-holder mappings.
- Problem solver, look for the root-cause of the problem and go for it till things happen.
- Perfect written and spoken communication both in English and Spanish.
