The role
The Network Growth Manager is a commercially focused IC role embedded within the Sedex account management & new business function. Network Growth Managers (NGMs) work alongside Account Managers & Account Executives to activate and grow supplier networks across Sedex's buyer base. They are the primary driver of supplier volume growth on the platform - bringing structured pipeline management,
commercial rigour and buyer partnership to a function that is central to Sedex's five-year growth plan.
NGMs operate in two distinct contexts: working within existing buyer accounts to identify and activate high-potential supplier growth opportunities, and engaging pre-sales with new buyer prospects to ensure supplier growth is embedded from day one. In both contexts, the mandate is singular: supplier growth. Support, training and platform queries are responsibility of the Account Management or Customer Excellence teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier volume growth — existing buyer accounts
- Identify the highest-potential buyers within your assigned portfolio using platform data and buyer signals, building a prioritised pipeline of supplier growth opportunities.
