We are the integral leader in specialty logistics for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industries. Every day, we ensure critical medicines, clinical trial materials and life-saving therapies reach patients safely and on time around the world. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the shipment lifecycle. This role acts as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating requests, resolving issues and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries,



orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide proactive updates and support for assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate with Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure successful shipment execution.
- Resolve routine issues related to shipments, order status, pricing and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in company systems.
- Escalate complex issues when required and support continuous service improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, sales support or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, transportation or healthcare services is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
