Amazon is seeking an experienced technical leader and Sr. Robotics System Integration & Deployment Engineer to own the onsite strategy and execution of complex, first‑time automation deployments and build scalable mechanisms that enable global rollouts across our fulfillment network. Ideal candidates will have deep experience leading complex automation deployments in undefined environments, combined with multi‑domain technical expertise and a track record of force‑multiplying team capability. You will define deployment approaches where none exist, own the full deployment lifecycle from concept through go‑live and steady‑state handover, and build the frameworks, playbooks, and mechanisms that enable downstream teams to scale with limited direct oversight. You will influence across multiple teams, advise senior leadership on deployment strategy and trade‑offs, and mentor junior engineers.
