The HR Business Partner – People Operations is responsible for delivering consistent, compliant and high-quality People Operations across PayXpert, ensuring an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
The role acts as the operational partner for managers and employees,



providing expert guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, performance operations, rewards administration, People policies and employment practices while ensuring operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions.
This position requires strong expertise in employment legislation, payroll coordination, employee relations and HR operations, with a particular focus on supporting employees across France, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the operational delivery of the employee lifecycle across Spain, France and the United Kingdom, including contractual changes, promotions, compensation updates, mobility and offboarding.
- Ensure employee records, contracts and People documentation remain accurate, complete and compliant.
