Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and probation management.
- Develop and optimize HR policies, employee handbook, and internal management processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, personnel records, attendance, leave, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
- Coordinate payroll preparation with external payroll providers.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management, employee development and organizational planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen company culture.
- Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis and workforce planning for management.

Administration

- Oversee daily office administration and facility management.
- Manage office supplies,



company assets and administrative budgets.
- Coordinate business travel, company events and internal meetings.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations across all departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR and Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- Experience in automotive or international companies is preferred.
