As Retail Health & Safety Manager, Europe & Middle East you will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and overseeing H&S; programs and initiatives across the retail stores, ensuring awareness and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will promote a culture of safety and security awareness which is engaging and informative.

You will be based in Madrid and will report directly into the Head of Retail Operations & Excellence, Europe & Middle East. For the security part of the role, you will functionally report to the Integral Security Director.

Your role will be:

Health & Safety:

- Manage occupational risks across all departments, fostering a culture of safety and inclusivity.
- Ensure adherence to internal Retail H&S; policies and procedures company-wide.
- Conduct routine inspections (risk assessments)



and audits of retail facilities to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., general, fire, psychosocial, ergonomics).
- Provide reports on legal compliance regarding H&S; matters.
- Collaborate with Store Managers, Market Leaders, HR and other key stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and implement training programs on H&S; (safety protocols, emergency procedures, and injury prevention strategies).
- Maintain accurate records related to health and safety activities, including incident reports and training records.
- Develop and execute emergency management plans.
- Liaise with Occupational Healthcare services and devise appropriate action plans.
- Oversee internal accident reporting and investigation systems.
- Coordinate H&S; compliance among external suppliers.
- Represent the company in local H&S; Committees alongside employee representatives.
