You will join the Multinational team within Allianz Commercial’s CDO Board Unit — an international, collaborative and high-impact group at the heart of our integral Multinational business strategy. Working across countries, functions and cultures, the team partners with senior leadership, cross-functional colleagues and the broader Allianz Multinational network to shape strategic direction, drive performance and turn ambition into clear, well-executed action.

You will work closely with the Head of Multinational and the Head of Multinational Strategy, Market & Steering, acting as a trusted analytical partner to both leaders. The Impact You Will Have
As Strategy & Steering Analyst for Multinational,
you will be the analytical engine behind two of the most senior leaders in the Multinational business. You will build and maintain the competitive intelligence base, prepare executive-level presentations and communications, track the portfolio of strategic initiatives, and deliver ad-hoc analyses and decision-support materials at short notice. Your work will directly inform investment decisions, strategic priorities, and leadership communications — giving you exceptional exposure to the full breadth of the Multinational strategy and a genuine opportunity to shape how the business moves forward.
