At GiG, data is the cornerstone of driving meaningful business decisions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, leading data‑driven initiatives, and implementing strategic changes that optimise our processes, products, and services. You will be a thought leader, mentoring junior analysts and working with cross‑functional teams to drive business improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Data Leadership: Lead initiatives to assess business performance, develop data‑driven solutions, and provide actionable recommendations that align with GiG’s broader strategic goals.
- Advanced Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, IT, and other departments to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, data‑driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
- Enterprise‑Wide Reporting and Automation:



Oversee the creation of automated reports and dashboards for key business metrics using advanced tools like Google Workspace, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL. Ensure effective integration of data from cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) into decision‑making processes.
- Ownership of Financial Analysis: Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Provide financial insights and predictive models that support GiG’s business decisions and long‑term growth strategies.
- Campaign Optimization and A/B Testing: Lead complex analyses on marketing campaigns, using advanced statistical techniques to provide insights on effectiveness. Recommend optimisations based on data‑driven insights, working closely with CRM, Casino, and Sportsbook teams.
