Perk is seeking a motivated first-time manager to lead an outbound SDR team in Barcelona. You will coach, develop, and mentor up to 8 SDRs, helping them generate pipeline and hit targets.
You’ll partner with the SDR Manager and Head of Sales Development to shape strategies and improve processes, ensuring the team’s success drives Perk’s growth. You’ll need strong experience in outbound sales, fluency in English and Italian, and a passion for coaching junior talent.
