The Senior PMO Analyst sits at the center of portfolio and project enablement, supporting consistent governance, reliable data, and high‑quality ways of working, while driving continuous improvement across PMO processes and tools.
About You You are an agile learner and a trusted partner with a strong interest in portfolio and project management, comfortable guiding others and suggesting improvements while working in a integral, fast‑changing environment. You are structured and detail‑oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio & Project Management Enablement
- Act as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility, insights, and analysis to support informed decision‑making.




- Enable effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to quality standards and governance requirements.
- Support ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning and fiscal year opening and closing.
- Ensure the Project Management Methodology & Practices are correctly and consistently applied.
- Keep financial information up to date in the PMO tools.
- Perform quality reviews, provide guidance to project teams, and contribute to portfolio reporting.
- Create, maintain, and evolve project and product templates & guidance materials.
- Support PMO communications, training, and adoption of processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Proactively identify and drive continuous improvements across PMO processes, tools, and governance.
- PM as a Service
- Coordinate and oversee a pool of external Project Managers, ensuring alignment to PMO governance, delivery standards, and reporting expectations.
