About the Role
As a Country Manager,



you will be responsible for delivering the country plan for Iberia and help drive the market to sustainable growth. You will report directly to the GM, Europe based in London where our European strategy is developed, and lead a small but mighty local team. This is a general management role spanning demand and supply management, working closely with the team to test and scale commercial and operational growth initiatives while ensuring we meet our budget and financial objectives. You’ll also work closely with cross functional teams to achieve our ambitious commercial goals.

Delivering our country plan for Spain and Portugal:
Across both sides of the marketplace, demand generation and supply balance.
Localising the market strategy to deliver core commercial goals including revenue and contribution margin.
