About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven PPC Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple countries, focusing on Search campaigns (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and additional performance channels.



This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize performance and ROI. You will work closely with Marcom, Product, Design, CRM and BI teams to develop creative concepts, test hypotheses, align on KPIs, and continuously optimize acquisition funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management

- Plan, manage, and optimize Search campaigns (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and other PPC channels to drive high-quality app installs and conversions
- Run campaigns across multiple countries, ensuring localization, compliance, and market-specific optimization
- Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, placements, creatives, and budgets to meet KPIs
- Work closely with the Marcom team to conceptualize and design compelling creatives, including banners, videos, static ads, ad copy, and USP-driven messaging
- Build and maintain a structured A/B testing framework for creativ
