Become our Customer Service Representative
Your daily tasks will include:
- Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
- Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.




- Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

Qualifications
- We are looking for you if:
- You have a C1 level of English and are fluent in French .
- You are available full-time.
- You are a great communicator : You know how to speak with people, both on the phone and through written messages, and you love making connections.
- You are detail-oriented & organized

Experience is a plus Y ou’ve worked in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role before, that’s even better

Additional Information

What we offer:
- Permanent contract from day one.
- Salary: €20,000gross per year.
- You will be working from our Barcelona office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 3 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period. Our office is located at Carrer de la Constitució, 1
