As we expand our brands globally, we’re looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Spain Market Manager to own and grow the Spanish market for our two brands, UKLASH and groa beauty.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership of Spain performance across all channels, from digital and social to retail and PR. You’ll be responsible for shaping market strategy, leading campaign execution, and driving sustainable growth, working closely with freelancers and central teams to bring the brand to life locally. As we are establishing our Spain operations, the role will be engaged on a full-time contractor basis rather than as an employee.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, ambitious team focused on scaling UKLASH and groa into leading integral beauty brands.
Our Brands
UKLASH is the UK's #1 lash and hair growth serum brand. Our clinically proven products solve problems and amplify natural beauty at every stage; from postpartum hair shedding to menopause hair loss.
groa beauty is the newest brand to launch under the UKLASH group.
groa is a high-performance beauty brand for the next generation.
Your Role
You'll own the marketing strategy to build awareness, excitement and cut through, and will be responsible for delivering high impact brand moments, product launches, retailer marketing plans, campaigns and brand activations that deliver to the brand targets.
This is an entrepreneurial role suited to someone who enjoys building brands from the ground up, ambitious to deliver best in class results and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own Spain Market Strategy
Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Spain.
Identify opportunities to accelerate awareness, trial and customer acquisition across the region.
Localise global campaigns to maximise relevance and performance. Collaborate closely with the global teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Ensure all content is on-brand, locally relevant, and high-performing.
