We're seeking a passionate and experienced Analyst to join our Integral Reporting Solutions (GRS) team within Global Finance. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Schindler IT to empower our finance and field operations colleagues worldwide with powerful analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.

Partner with business stakeholders to develop impactful reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions.
Lead and contribute to key digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Manage projects with colleagues across the globe,



fostering strong communication and collaboration.
2+ Experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar solutions.
~2+ years of experience in various reporting, analytics, or data management projects. Experience with a leading BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau) is a plus.
~ Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a relevant field.
~ Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management (Minimum demonstrated B2).
