Your role
From our prime office right by the sea, you will join a dynamic New Business Sales Development team As a Lead Prospector, you will be the engine behind our sales growth by researching, evaluating, and qualifying high-potential business leads across the German market using smart online tools. You will track industry trends, analyze market seasonality, and collaborate closely with sales partners to deliver top-notch prospects.
✅ Your Profile
We are looking for a match made in heaven You are analytical, detail-oriented, and possess the following skills:
- Language Expert :



Native or C2 level of German and a C1 level of English.
- Market Specialist : At least 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research specifically tailored to the German SMB space, including a strong grasp of cultural nuances.
- Tech & AI Savvy : Proficient in spreadsheets (pivot tables, automation), CRM systems, databases, and utilizing AI tools to support your daily outreach.
- Smart Thinker : A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, combined with logical and critical thinking to assess lead quality.
- Organized Mindset : Able to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
