Position Overview
Our client is recruiting French-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote customer support role. The position is open to entry-level candidates and requires relocation to Greece prior to employment commencement.
Key Tasks
- Provide customer support in French via telephone, email, and online communication channels
- Handle service requests and questions in accordance with defined guidelines
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Accurately document cases and actions taken in internal systems
- Adhere to service level agreements and quality requirements
- Escalate matters when resolution cannot be achieved at first contact

Candidate Requirements




- Fluent spoken and written French
- Good working knowledge of English (level B2)
- Previous customer support experience is not required
- Comfortable working with computer-based tools and systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to perform duties independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
