We are looking for a Senior Manager,



Software Development Engineering to lead a team of talented engineers delivering scalable, reliable B2B technology solutions. In this role, you will own multiple technical domains, partner closely with product management, and build software that powers our partners' businesses on a global scale.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of 6–10 engineers , fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous growth.
- Define team goals and connect them to broader business outcomes, aligning efforts across multiple teams working together.
- Partner with product management to influence and deliver the product roadmap, balancing feature development, system maintenance, and team wellbeing.
- Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks in cross-team workflows, coordinating process improvements and defining clear measures of success.
