About the Role
We are working on behalf of a well-established European e-commerce business within the office supplies sector, known for its strong reputation and loyal customer base.
As a Sales Agent , you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships while identifying opportunities to add value through smart product recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling existing German-speaking customers (warm leads only)
- Advising on printers, cartridges, toners, and office supplies
- Recommending alternative or home-brand products where relevant




- Identifying upselling opportunities (bundles, larger quantities, better-value deals)
- Ensuring accurate and smooth order processing
- Collaborating closely with your team to deliver great customer experiences

This role is all about trust, understanding customer needs, and delivering real value—not aggressive selling.
