Your role
- You’ll be part of a dynamic international team handling customer questions related to credit cards .
- The processes are simple, but accuracy and responsibility are key
- Your job focuses on security, privacy , and protecting customer data — making sure every call ends with a smile and peace of mind
Daily tasks
- Block lost or stolen credit/debit cards
- Handle inquiries from cardholders
- Verify identities and explain next steps
- Check and unblock temporarily blocked cards
- Process claim files efficiently
Training & Support
- You’ll receive a 5-day training ,
including a full day of hands-on practice
- Learn everything about privacy, communication & security — we’ve got you covered
Your profile
- Fluent in Dutch
- ️ Good level of English
- Experience in customer service
- Communicative, empathetic & disciplined
- Accurate, reliable & patient
- Solution-oriented with a positive mindset
