For our Client, fast developing company from medical services industry, we are looking for candidates for Regional Finance Director who will be responsible will lead all financial activities across Spain, Portugal, and Italy for a medical services business with annual revenues of up to €100 million. The role is responsible for statutory reporting, controlling, and FP&A;, ensuring strong financial governance, business insight, and operational performance across the region.
Responsibilities:
• act as the senior finance leader for Southern Europe, partnering closely with regional management and country leadership teams,
• provide financial insight and challenge to support strategic decision-making and operational performance,
• support regional growth initiatives, investments, and cost optimization programs,
• ensure accurate and timely statutory financial statements for Spain, Portugal, and Italy,
• oversee compliance with local GAAP, tax regulations, and medical services industry requirements,
• coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors,



and local authorities,
• ensure robust internal controls and adherence to company policies,
• lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and management reporting processes,
• monitor financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year,
• analyze variances and drive corrective actions with business stakeholders,
• ensure consistent application of controlling standards and KPIs across all countries,
• own the regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes,
• provide actionable insights on revenue, margin, cost structure, and cash flow,
• support pricing, contract profitability, and service line performance analysis,
• lead, develop, and motivate a finance team of up to 15 FTE across the region,
• drive standardization, automation, and efficiency across finance processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
