The Role
The Link and OpenData vision is to become the integral leader in deep and reference data for life sciences. The core of our products is manually curated data captured using rule-based web research.



We create high-quality data through efficient processes.
As a Process Expert in Data Operations, you will improve processes across all operations teams. You will support the teams in simplifying and increasing the resilience of processes. You will be hands-on in improving our tools. You will improve interfaces between teams. You will ensure your improvements are carried out throughout the organization. You will work closely with the Director of Data Operations.
This role will enable you to gain a broad and deep understanding of our data operations and, by that, learn about the different Link and OpenData products. You will work on a broad range of projects with many different stakeholders.
