As AI & Technical Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between our partners and our product, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding, integration, and tech resolution experience in the market. Partners Onboarding — Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new stores, new accounts, and account information changes: ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with Sales/Account Managers, optimizing the onboarding flow, and ensuring long-tail partners can be self-managed.
Integrations — Manage partner API integrations, ensuring integration quality, fast turnaround on new partner API onboarding, and proactive detection of integration issues.
3+ years of experience in a data, technical operations, or business operations role, with a strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive execution.
~ Working knowledge of SQL to query, analyze, and troubleshoot data independently.
~ Solid English communication skills (written and spoken).
