What You'll Do
As a Manager BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within BCG's Operations Practice Area,



you will work in a growing global team, embedding directly with case teams to deliver client impact through your Maintenance expertise and BCG Vantage's institutionalized assets including proprietary tools, data, frameworks, and IP. Given the client-facing nature of this role, you will be expected to travel to client locations during staffing assignments as needed, partnering with case teams to understand client needs and to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Beyond case work, you will support commercialization efforts for the Maintenance topic partnering with business leaders to shape proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials. You will also help build out the Maintenance topic's intellectual property, knowledge assets, and digital tools, and mentor and guide junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.
