The Role
Veeva is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to drive winning responses for our innovative life sciences solutions You will be a critical partner to the Veeva Europe Sales organization.



You’ll project manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with top experts to craft compelling narratives and responses to RFP/RFI questionnaires that resonate with European and integral customers. What You'll Do
- Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission, utilizing Responsive and other enterprise tools to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables
- Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Strategy, IT Security, etc.) to develop winning responses
- Lead internal response team alignment calls and check point discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assi
