Our Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates ready to kick-start their careers in tech. Over this 12-month programme, you’ll join our engineering teams, tackle real-world projects, and take on challenges that drive impact. With structured training, hands-on experience, and guidance from experts, you’ll grow your skills, explore different areas, and shape the future of finance.
Top performers may be offered a full-time role after the programme, giving you the chance to continue your journey at Revolut.
We’re looking for problem-solving iOS Engineers with a passion for mobile development who want to design and deliver features that create a seamless customer experience.
Our stack includes Swift, iOS SDK, SwiftUI, Combine, RxSwift, Core Data, Realm, MVVM architecture, and a TDD approach.




The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).
Building user experiences from wireframes and mockups through to release
Developing expertise with the iOS SDK
Sharing updates with general teams and learning from senior engineers
To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
A degree in computer science in maths, physics, or similar
Experience with Swift and iOS SDK
Fluency in English
Full-time availability from early or late 2027
The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role
