This is a senior sales enablement opportunity within a fast-paced, general B2B SaaS environment.
You will help equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, content, and tools needed to improve productivity and deliver consistent commercial results.
The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on programme design, facilitation, coaching, and performance measurement.
You will partner closely with senior sales leaders, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to translate go-to-market priorities into practical learning experiences.
Your work will influence onboarding, sales methodology, product knowledge, messaging, and selling capabilities across multiple regions and segments.
You will have significant ownership of enablement initiatives from needs analysis through delivery, reinforcement, and impact measurement.

Accountabilities
Consult with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend scalable enablement strategies.
Design, deliver, and continuously improve sales enablement programmes covering onboarding, sales methodology, product knowledge, messaging, and selling skills.
Own enablement initiatives end-to-end, from needs analysis and programme planning through content development, delivery, reinforcement, and measurement.
Create high-impact learning experiences and practical enablement assets, including workshops, playbooks, coaching resources, digital learning materials, and sales tools.
Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and business leaders to translate go-to-market strategy into practical, role-specific learning experie
