We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with professional fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage) to join our Industrial Solutions Customer Service team in Terrassa, Barcelona.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with internal departments, you will coordinate solutions, maintain accurate data, and support the efficient handling of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephone and online support to customers, as well as internal support to the Customer Service team




Investigate customer requests and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
Process information received through email and verbal communications accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update customer and order information in company systems, including manual order entry
Relevant Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Administration
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
Knowledge of Oracle R12, Incoterms, payment terms, and CRM systems is considered an advantage
Proficiency level of English is required. Additional language skills are highly valued (especially German or Dutch)
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
Adaptable and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
