As a Solutions Architect, you will help customers design and implement reliable, scalable solutions for complex distributed applications and AI-driven workflows. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills to guide organizations through architecture, adoption and implementation. Working closely with sales, product and engineering teams, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey. You will translate business challenges into clear architectural strategies and identify use cases that deliver measurable value. The role spans industries including fintech, healthcare, logistics and cybersecurity, as well as broader application modernization, resilience and performance initiatives. You will also contribute to the wider technical community through workshops, seminars and meetups. This is a remote-friendly, international role offering significant ownership,



with approximately 15–20% travel to customer sites.

Accountabilities
Develop deep expertise in the platform and guide customers through training, adoption, implementation and best practices for workflow and application orchestration.
Act as a technical advisor to customers and the sales organization throughout the pre-sales and commercial process.
Understand customer business objectives and translate them into clear architectural visions, technical strategies and compelling use cases.
Help customers solve complex challenges involving distributed systems, application development, modernization, scalability, performance and resilience.
Design solutions that enable customers to achieve tangible, data-driven business outcomes.
Work across diverse industries and technical environments, adapting architectural recommendations to different business requirements and use cases.
