We are hiring a new team member to join our Global Industry and Value team, part of Integral Sales. The Senior Banking Industry Executive & Strategist’s mission is to accelerate Financial Services customers’ journey to AI Powered, Experience Orchestration.
Role Responsibilities:
Direct account work - Engage directly with senior level FSI execs and support our account teams with industry insights, ideas and experiences. Partner with local teams and global experts to design commercial,



financial & technical solutions for our FSI clients and prospects.
Marketing and brand activation – Represent Genesys and speak at key industry events. Create industry whitepaper’s based on areas of most concern to our clients. Increase internal understanding of FSI priorities. Originate the content for 1-pagers addressing key areas of focus. Produce webinars and blogs and other media to help Genesys differentiate in the marketplace.
Shape the storylines – Find and address the key areas of Client Experience improvements within Financial Services, e.g.: originations and account opening, fraud, disputes, claims (Insurance), etc. This must incorporate easy to recognize pathways to implement new technology, automation and Agentic AI across all areas of service-from front-office sales to back-office client support.
