As a Partner Manager - Marketplace, you will take ownership of a diverse network of suppliers and help ensure strong operational performance across the marketplace.
You will manage relationships with job boards, media agencies, and recruiting-service providers while ensuring integrations, product data, and pricing remain accurate and reliable.
The role combines hands-on partner management with strategic project ownership and commercial thinking.
You will lead supplier integrations, migrations, and new product launches from initial planning through operational delivery.
A key focus will be building scalable processes and using automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, making a visible impact in a collaborative and high-trust environment.

Accountabilities
Own the day-to-day management of supplier relationships, including job boards, media agencies, and other recruiting-service providers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier requests, coordinating with the appropriate internal stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution.
Manage supplier integrations, migrations, and new product launches end-to-end, from planning and sales enablement through operational implementation.
Lead strategic marketplace projects by defining requirements, scope, milestones, timelines, stakeholders, and expected outcomes.
Maintain accurate supplier catalogue, pricing, and product information across the marketplace.
Monitor supplier margins and contribute to marketplace take-rate performance while identifying new commercial opportunities with existing and prospective partners.
