Accountabilities
Provide ongoing coaching and practical guidance to professionals on project management, communication, productivity, and workplace professionalism.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to identify, address, and remediate performance issues through clear objectives, actionable feedback, and relevant resources.
Investigate previous performance information and relevant data to assess individual situations and determine appropriate next steps.
Review interview recordings to verify adherence to platform standards and provide constructive guidance when improvements are required.
Deliver or support live webinars, workshops, and group coaching sessions designed to prevent common performance and communication challenges.
Assess incoming coaching requests, prioritize cases, and select
