We are looking for an experienced CX Documentation and Translation Executive (German speaker) to join our Barcelona-based CX Customer Journey team in a hybrid, 6-month temporary capacity to manage and update customer experience content for both agents and digital channels. You’ll ensure source materials and translations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice and local market needs. By delivering clear and accessible information, you’ll help drive efficient support and contribute to building customer trust and loyalty.
