Legal Counsel Spain
Legal support of MedTech businesses in Spain with the following tasks:




Provide operational day-to-day legal support for Johnson & Johnson MedTech businesses in Spain in collaboration with the Legal Director Iberia MedTech.
Review, draft and negotiate critical complex commercial agreements including, among others: distribution and agency agreements, as well as arrangements with private hospitals groups, insurance companies and public hospitals.
Review and draft legal documentation, and support the standardization of department processes, procedures and guidelines, in collaboration with commercial operational and support teams, with a strong focus on enabling compliant business growth.
Provide legal advice on public procurement laws and tenders to the tender team and the commercial organization in navigating regulatory requirements, bid strategy, contract execution and risk mitigation.
