We are looking for a Trainer to join our Corporate Training Team and elevate the commercial and professional capability of Webfleet's global sales organization.
This role has evolved beyond a single-channel remit: you will design and deliver training across both Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, in every region where Webfleet operates. Alongside core sales capability, you will own the development of soft skills, leadership training, and growth-oriented programs that build well-rounded, confident sales professionals and future leaders.
You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the regions, Sales Enablement, Quality, Customer Success, and HR to ensure training is aligned to business priorities, consistent in quality, and grounded in a consultative selling philosophy that puts the customer's needs first.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
Design and deliver general training programs for both Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, adapted to regional needs and go-to-market models.
Champion consultative selling as the foundation of our sales approach,



embedding it across onboarding, coaching, and ongoing enablement.
Own new-hire onboarding for sales roles end-to-end, ensuring new joiners ramp quickly and confidently across all regions.
Build and facilitate soft skills, leadership, and growth mindset training for sales professionals and emerging leaders.
Partner with Sales Enablement to translate sales process, methodology, and product knowledge into clear, actionable learning journeys.
Collaborate with Quality to ensure training reinforces customer interaction standards and measurable performance outcomes.
Work with Customer Success to align messaging and skills across the full customer lifecycle, not just the point of sale.
Partner with sales managers to build coaching capability and reinforce learning through ongoing observation, feedback, and development conversations.
