We are looking for a Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our European Finance and Tax organization in Sant Just Desvern.

As a Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will support the execution of direct tax compliance and transfer pricing activities for assigned legal entities, ensuring compliance with local legislation, OECD transfer pricing guidance, and Bunge's internal tax governance frameworks.

Working closely with regional and global tax teams, you will contribute to accurate tax reporting, transfer pricing documentation, compliance management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Tax Compliance & Reporting

Prepare direct tax deliverables,



including monthly and quarterly tax provisions, effective tax rate (ETR) forecasts, year-end tax true-ups, and related journal entries.
Independently prepare and coordinate corporate income tax return calculations and supporting documentation.
Calculate and manage withholding tax obligations and support responses to routine tax authority inquiries.
Monitor and execute direct tax compliance activities for assigned entities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Transfer Pricing

Manage transfer pricing documentation processes for assigned entities.
Collect, validate, and analyze transfer pricing data.
Support benchmarking studies and the preparation of transfer pricing reports.
Prepare transfer pricing returns and compliance filings using available technology tools.
Assist in maintaining compliance with OECD transfer pricing principles and local regulations.
