Supermicro is looking for talented and passionate Application Engineer who has in-depth knowledge in networking solution, especially in switch products. You will be responsible in providing technical supports to our enterprise customers, promote internal switch products to provide optimize customer's networking solution.



The adecuado candidate must have strong technical background in networking switch product as well as exceptional communication skill -- ability to interface with all level of management staffs in professional manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Production, Service, Purchaser, Product Manager to validate and debug CPUs server systems.
• Identify technical issues and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Proactively follow up the current backlogs for validation and escalate the road blockers as needed.
• Continuously process and documentation improvement for efficiency and accuracy.
• Continuously learn and create technical documents for validating and troubleshooting newer GPU systems.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or electrical engineering is preferred.
• 2+ years of working experience in computer systems and/or servers.
• Experiences with Intel/AMD/Nvidia CPUs/GPUs server platform is a plus.
